Security Case Study Ryelands Business Centre

We were approached by Mr. R Needham of Ryelands Business Centre who had a serious problem with break-ins and theft on his industrial estate, i.e. Diesel, equipment being stolen from site at night. The feeling on the estate was one of unease and the constant worry for the clients on the estate was growing.

Mr. Needham had his own ideas as to how we could help him protect his business, and in consultation with the client a full bespoke security system was designed to meet requirements. The proposal was to install a Password Security Perimeter Protection System around the site. The system comprised of 100m beams/external PIRs interfaced with a 15m automatic gate, 500watt flood lights, master blasters and CCTV positioned around the site.

Working with the client and within a defined budget the solution has proved to be most effective. The monitoring system on site has deterred potential thefts. Due to system design on 2 occasions thieves have been removed from site when the flood light and master blaster sirens have been activated, all of which is recorded on the in house CCTV.

The problems that were being experienced by the business park have now been eradicated, working with the client to deliver a cost effective, workable solution.
